By donating money to our adventure you are helping three great charities with important causes: Cool Earth, which is the Mongol Rally official charity, Christina Noble Children’s Foundation in Mongolia and Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.

We are also teaming up with the Arsenal Foundation.  They have kindly donated some of their football jerseys, footballs and pin badges and we will deliver them to the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation Centre in Mongolia. We did approach the Liverpool Foundation on two occasions but they declined to offer us anything. Many Mongolian children suffer abuse and there are about 300 children who live on the streets and are forced to live underground during the harsh winters. From the Resource Centre we will be able to bring some happiness to the children when they see what we have brought for them all the way from England, and we are planning to have a kick about with some of them too! Even though we probably won’t be able to understand each other, we are hoping to see smiles on their faces and leave them with some happy memories.

Cool EarthCool Earth is the charity that works alongside indigenous villages to halt rainforest destruction. Half of the world’s rainforest has been destroyed in the last 40 years.  And, contrary to the headlines, rainforest continues to be lost at a faster rate than ever. The charity only protects rainforest that without intervention will be destroyed within the next 18 months. They work on protecting forest that acts as a barrier to a wider landscape. Through working with local people, Cool Earth makes sure conservation goes hand in hand with better livelihoods.
